FASS Connect Digital Monitoring System
The FASS Connect Digital Monitoring System provides wireless monitoring for fuel system and drivetrain data in a clean, flexible installation package. Built for universal fitment, it allows users to monitor fuel pressure, filter life, and additional vehicle parameters through the FASS Connect App, with package options available with or without the FASS Connect Display Gauge.
This system uses the FASS Connect ECU and supports up to 8 monitored parameters at one time, including 5 sensor inputs plus filter life, GPS speed, and battery voltage. Two relay trigger outputs are also included for activating supported accessories such as FASS Fuel Heaters or auxiliary lighting through the app.

Includes the FASS Connect ECU, 0-100 PSI fuel pressure sensor, 15 foot fuel pressure sensor harness, ring terminals, micro add-a-fuse with fuse, and mini add-a-fuse with fuse.
System Capabilities
Wireless Monitoring
The FASS Connect ECU communicates wirelessly with the FASS Connect App and, where applicable, the FASS Connect Display Gauge. This supports a cleaner installation and added flexibility when gauge placement needs to be separated from the ECU.
Sensor Support
The system includes 5 sensor inputs and supports 0-100 PSI pressure, -40 to 260 degree temperature, and 2,000 degree exhaust gas temperature sensor monitoring with compatible accessories.
Accessory Control
Two relay trigger outputs allow control of supported accessories directly through the FASS Connect App.
Filter Life Monitoring
Adding a second fuel pressure sensor allows real-time monitoring of Extreme Water Separator filter life on supported FASS systems.
